菠萝梨冰沙加罗勒

2杯的原料。

半个菠萝
1 梨
1 个苹果
1把罗勒叶
300毫升冷水
龙舌兰糖浆或蜂蜜 

准备工作。

• First peel the pineapple and cut into pieces
• Then wash, core and roughly chop the apple and pear
• Wash the basil as well
- 将所有材料放入冰沙搅拌机，搅拌至光滑。
- 最后倒入玻璃杯中，即可饮用。
