菠萝香蕉冰沙加红枣

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

1块菠萝
1 根香蕉
5茶匙天然酸奶
4 dates
325ml cold water 

准备工作。

• First, peel the pineapple and cut it into pieces
- 香蕉去皮，切成两半
• Now core, clean and roughly chop the dates
- 将所有材料放入冰沙搅拌机，搅拌至光滑。
- 最后，将冰沙倒入玻璃杯中，即可饮用。
