1块中等大小的木瓜

2 Apples

100 ml apple juice

300毫升冷水 

准备工作。

· Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and cut into large pieces

· Now wash, core and quarter the apples

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
