小菠菜冰沙加生姜和菠萝

2杯的原料。

1 根香蕉
1大块菠萝
1个红苹果
1小块生姜
300毫升冷水

准备工作。

• First clean and roughly chop the pineapple
- 香蕉去皮，切成两半
• Now wash, core and quarter the apple
• Then peel the ginger and cut it in half
- 将所有材料放入冰沙搅拌机，搅拌至光滑。
- 最后，将冰沙倒入玻璃杯中，即可饮用。
