Yoghurt mango Smoothie with mint

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

300 gram natural yoghurt or soy yoghurt
2 Mangos
1 handful mint
250 milliliter whole milk or soy milk

Preparation:

• First peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
• Now wash the mint
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into the glasses and serve
