Yoghurt coconut Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
2 Bananas
250 gram natural yoghurt
2 Teaspoon coconut oil
150 milliliter whole milk
100 milliliter cold water
Preparation:
• First peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into the glasses and serve
