Kiwi rocket Smoothie with mint

Ingredienser för 2 glas:

2 kiwi:er
1 handfull raket
1 handfull färsk mynta
300 milliliter kallt vatten 

Förberedelse:

• First peel and dice the kiwis
• Now wash and clean the rocket
• Then wash the fresh mint
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
