Frukost på gott humör Smoothie med blåbär
Ingredienser för 4 glas:
2 bananer
1 handful blueberries
7 tesked naturlig yoghurt
300 milliliter helmjölk
Förberedelse:
- First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
- Sort and wash the blueberries
- Put all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
- Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
