Coconut banana Smoothie with yoghurt and water
Ingredienser för 2 glas:
3 teskedar kokosolja
2 ripe bananas
1 passionsfrukt
7 tesked naturlig yoghurt
300 milliliter kallt vatten
Förberedelse:
- First, peel the bananas and break them into pieces
- Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp
- Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
