Arugulaavocado Smoothie with papaya

Ingredienser för 2 glas:

1 handfull babyspenat

1 handfull raket

1 medelstor papaya

300 milliliter kallt vatten 

Förberedelse:

· First wash and thoroughly clean the spinach and rocket

· Now peel, core and dice the papaya

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
