Coconut Tangerine Smoothie
Ingredienser för 2 glas:
2 teskedar kokosolja
1 small tin of mandarins
Lite färsk mynta
1 banan
300 milliliter kokosmjölk
Förberedelse:
• First peel the banana and cut it in half
• Remove the tangerines from the can and pass through a sieve
- Tvätta den färska myntan
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
