Banana Smoothie with green tea
Ingredienser för 2 glas:
2 bananer
5 matskedar naturlig yoghurt
200 milliliter green tea
Förberedelse:
- First boil the tea fresh and let it cool
- Then peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
- Coarsely chop the nuts
- Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
