Superfood Smoothies -Papaya, mint & chia seeds

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 medium piece of papaya
1 banana
Some fresh mint
3 Tablespoons chia seeds
300 ml cold water 

Preparation:

• First peel the papaya and cut it into pieces
• Peel the banana and cut it in half
• Now wash the fresh mint
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
