Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie with Bananas and water

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

1 handful fresh strawberries
5 Tablespoon natural yoghurt
2 bananas
300 milliliter cold water

Preparation:

  • First wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and halve them
  • Peel the bananas and break them into pieces
  • Now put all the ingredients into a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
  • Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
