Spinach rocket Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful baby spinach
1 handful rocket
1 Pear
300 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

• First wash the rocket and baby spinach
• Now peel, core and dice the pear
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
