Spinach coconut Smoothie with pineapple and Agave syrup 

Ingredients for 2-4 people:

1 handful baby spinach
3 Teaspoon coconut oil
Half a pineapple
100 milliliter coconut milk
200 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup

Preparation:

• First wash the spinach
• Now peel the pineapple and cut into pieces
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
