Spinach avocado Smoothie with mangoes

Ingredients for 2-4 people:

1 handful baby spinach
1 Avocado
2 Mangos
250-300 milliliter cold water
Agave syrup 

Preparation:

• First wash the spinach
• Pit the avocados and roughly chop the flesh
• Then peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the core
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until creamy
• Finish by pouring into glasses and serve
