Spinach and Kale Smoothie with Morello Cherries

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

1 handful baby spinach

3 Kale leaves

200 g morello cherries + juice (from the jar)

200 milliliter cold water 

Preparation:

· First wash and thoroughly clean the spinach and kale

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
