Spicy tomato ginger Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 glasses:
3 Tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 small piece of ginger
½ chilli pepper
300 milliliter coconut water
1 Teaspoon honey
Preparation:
- First wash the tomato, remove the stalk and dice
- Wash, seed and also dice the pepper
- Now peel and halve the ginger
- Then wash the chilli pepper
- Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
