Smoothies for children -Banana, baby spinach & natural yoghurt

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

2 Bananas
1 handful baby spinach
57 Teaspoonnatural yoghurt
300 ml cow’s milk (alternatively water) 

Preparation:

• First peel the bananas and cut them into pieces
• Wash and clean the baby spinach
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finish by pouring into the glasses, sweeten to taste and enjoy immediately
