Pear avocado Smoothie with coconut milk

1 banana

1 avokado

150 ml coconut milk

150 ml coconut water 

Priprava:

· First wash and core the pears and cut them into pieces

· Peel the banana and cut it in half

· Now pit the avocado and dice the flesh
