Sestavine za 2 kozarca:

5 Kale leaves
1 pest baby špinače
350 mililitrov hladne vode 

Priprava:

• First wash and clean the baby spinach and kale
• Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
