Ginger Tangerine Smoothie
Sestavine za 2 kozarca:
a small piece of ginger
1 can mandarins
2 nektarini
1 banana
300 mililitrov hladne vode
Priprava:
• First peel the ginger
• Remove the tangerines from the can and pass through a sieve
• Then wash, core and roughly chop the nectarines
- Banano olupite in jo prerežite na pol.
- Vse sestavine dajte v mešalnik za smoothie, jih pretlačite in takoj uživajte.
