Breakfast Smoothie with oatmeal

Sestavine za 2 kozarca:

2 banani

1 handful oatmeal

1 handful walnuts

10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

300 mililitrov mandljevega mleka 

Priprava:

· First peel the bananas and break them into pieces

· Clean and roughly chop the walnuts

- Vse sestavine dajte v mešalnik za smoothie, jih fino zmešajte in takoj uživajte.
