Jagodni jogurt Smoothie z riževim mlekom

Sestavine za 2 kozarca:

1 handful blackberries
1 handful blueberries
1 handful strawberries
1 banana
300 milliliter rice milk 

Priprava:

• First sort and wash the blackberries and blueberries
• Wash, clean and halve the strawberries
- Zdaj olupite banano in jo prerežite na pol.
- Nato dajte vse sestavine v mešalnik za smoothie in jih pretlačite.
- Na koncu smoothie prelijte v kozarce in postrezite.
