Banana borovnica Smoothie z jogurtom
Sestavine za 4 kozarce:
2 bananas
100 gram fresh blueberries
3 žličke naravnega jogurta
300 ml whole milk
Med ali agavin sirup
Priprava:
- Najprej olupite banane in jih nalomite na koščke.
• Sort and wash the blueberries
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
- Na koncu smoothie prelijte v kozarce in postrezite.
