Banana almond Smoothie with dates
Sestavine za 2 kozarca:
2 banani
1 hruška
3 Dates
5 Tablespoons natural yoghurt
300 mililitrov mandljevega mleka
Priprava:
- Najprej olupite banane in jih narežite na koščke.
• Wash, core and quarter the pear
• Clean and core the dates
- Nato dajte vse sestavine v mešalnik za smoothie in jih pretlačite.
• Finish by pouring the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
