Avokadov jogurt Smoothie z mangom

Sestavine za 4 kozarce:

2 mangos
1 avocado
2 bananas
5 žličk naravnega jogurta
300 ml coconut milk 

Priprava:

- Najprej olupite mango in grobo narežite meso.
• Pit the avocado and also roughly chop the flesh
- Zdaj olupite banane in jih nalomite na koščke.
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
- Na koncu smoothie prelijte v kozarce in postrezite.
