Almond yoghurt Smoothie with chocolate
Sestavine za 4 kozarce:
2 bananas
150 mililitrov mandljevega mleka
5 žličk naravnega jogurta
3 Tablespoons baking cocoa
150 mililitrov mandljevega mleka
200 milliliter whole milk
Med ali agavin sirup
Priprava:
• First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
- Vse sestavine dajte v mešalnik za smoothie in jih drobno pretlačite.
- Na koncu smoothie prelijte v kozarce in postrezite.
