Mango jogurt Smoothie kokos in banana

Sestavine za 4 kozarce:

3 manga
1 banana
5 žličk naravnega jogurta
2 žlički kokosovega olja
300 mililitrov kokosovega mleka

Priprava:

• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the banana and break it into thick pieces
• Put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and puree finely
- Na koncu smoothie prelijte v kozarce in postrezite.
