Avokadov jogurt Smoothie z mangom in kokosovim mlekom

Sestavine za 4 kozarce:

2 mangos
1 avocado
2 bananas
5 žličk naravnega jogurta
300 ml coconut milk

Priprava:

• First peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
• Pit the avocado and also roughly chop the flesh
• Now peel the bananas and break them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
- Na koncu smoothie prelijte v kozarce in postrezite.
