Muesli almond Smoothie with berries

Sestavine za 2 kozarca:

7 Teaspoon oat flakes
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
150 gram blueberries
100 gramov robidnic
2 ripe bananas
200 milliliter whole milk
100 milliliter almond milk
1 Teaspoon honey 

Priprava:

- Najprej olupite banane in jih nalomite na koščke.
• Sort and wash the blueberries and blackberries
- Nato vse sestavine dajte v mešalnik za smoothie, jih drobno pretlačite in takoj uživajte.
