Spinach avocado Smoothie with coconut water

Sestavine za 2 kozarca:

1 pest baby špinače
2 avokada
1 majhen kos ananasa
300 milliliter coconut water 

Priprava:

• First wash the spinach and clean it thoroughly
- Avokado izkopljemo in meso grobo nasekljamo.
• Then peel and quarter the pineapple
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
