Dandelion Spinach Smoothie with Orange Juice

Zloženie na 2 poháre:

3 Dandelion leaves

1 hrsť baby špenátu

Juice of one lime

50 milliliter orange juice

250 mililitrov studenej vody 

Príprava:

· First, thoroughly wash and clean the dandelion and baby spinach

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
