Blackberry Smoothie with yoghurt and matcha
Zloženie na 2 poháre:
200 gram blackberries
1 Banán
7 čajových lyžičiek prírodného jogurtu
2 Teaspoon matcha powder
300 mililitrov mlieka
Príprava:
- First sort and wash the raspberries
- Peel the banana and cut it in half
- Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
