2 banány
5 Teaspoon oat flakes
300 ml coconut milk
1 Teaspoon coconut puree
Príprava:
• First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
