Avocado yoghurt Smoothie with mangoes
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
2 mangos
1 avocado
2 bananas
5 čajových lyžičiek prírodného jogurtu
300 ml coconut milk
Príprava:
- Najprv mango ošúpeme a dužinu nahrubo nakrájame.
• Pit the avocado and also roughly chop the flesh
- Teraz ošúpeme banány a rozoberieme ich na kúsky.
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender and blend until smooth
• Finally, pour the Smoothie into the glasses and serve
