Avocado nectarine Smoothie

Zloženie na 2 poháre:

2 nektárinky

1 avokádo

300 mililitrov studenej vody 

Príprava:

· First wash, core and chop the nectarines

· Also pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
