Arugula grape Smoothie with green apple

Zloženie na 2 poháre:

1 hrsť rakety

1 handful of light grapes

1 zelené jablko

300 ml mlieka

Príprava:

First wash the grapes
Wash and clean the rocket
Then wash, core and quarter the apple
Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
