Apple mango Smoothie with chia seeds

Ingredients for 4 glasses:

2 červené jablká
12 Mangoes
2 polievkové lyžice semienok chia
1 Banán
300 mililitrov studenej vody
Agávový sirup 

Príprava:

• Wash, core and chop the red apples
• Now peel the mangoes and also roughly chop the flesh
• Then peel the banana and cut into slices
- Všetky prísady vložte do mixéra na smoothie a rozmixujte do hladka.
• Finish with agave syrup, pour into the glasses and serve immediately
