Nectarine melon Smoothie

Zloženie na 2 poháre:

3 nektárinky

1 large piece of honeydew melon

300 mililitrov studenej vody 

Príprava:

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

· Now peel the melon, remove the seeds and cut into pieces

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, blend finely and enjoy immediately
