Breakfast Smoothie with kiwis
Zloženie na 2 poháre:
2 banány
2 kivi
1 handful oatmeal
10 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
300 mililitrov mlieka
Príprava:
- Najprv banány ošúpeme a rozoberieme na kúsky.
- Teraz ošúpeme a rozštvrtíme kivi
