Iceberg Lettuce Smoothie with Green Apple

Zloženie na 2 poháre:

1 handful iceberg lettuce
1 hrsť baby špenátu
2 zelené jablká
300 mililitrov studenej vody 

Príprava:

• First wash the baby spinach and iceberg lettuce
• Then wash and core the apples and cut them into pieces
• Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
