Mango Smoothie with yoghurt and cinnamon
Ингредиенты на 2 стакана:
3 манго
1 банан
320 ml cold water
Половина чайной ложки корицы
Подготовка:
· Peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh
· Now peel the banana and cut it in half
· Now put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and season to taste
