Nectarine spinach Smoothie

Ингредиенты на 2-4 стакана:

3 нектарина

1 горсть детского шпината

300 миллилитров холодной воды 

Подготовка:

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

· Wash and clean the baby spinach

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
