Nectarine spinach Smoothie

Ingrediente pentru 2-4 pahare:

3 Nectarine

1 mână de spanac mic

300 mililitri de apă rece 

Pregătirea:

· First wash, core and dice the nectarines

· Wash and clean the baby spinach

· Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy immediately
