Avocado afine Smoothie de afine

Ingrediente pentru 2 pahare:

100 gram blueberries
1 avocado
250 milliliter of water 

Pregătirea:

• First pit the avocado and roughly dice the flesh
• Sort and wash the blueberries
• Now wash, core and quarter the apple
- Apoi puneți toate ingredientele într-un blender Smoothie și faceți piure.
- La final, turnați smoothie-ul în pahare și serviți.
