Avocado nectarine Smoothie with arugula

Ingrediente pentru 2 pahare:

1 avocado

2 Nectarine

1 mână de rachetă

300 ml apă rece 

Pregătirea:

· First pit the avocado and roughly chop the flesh

· Wash the nectarines, remove the seeds and cut into pieces

· Then wash and clean the rocket

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
