Rice Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

3 bananas

1 Teaspoon oat flakes

5 Teaspoon natural yoghurt

300 ml rice milk

1 Teaspoon chia seeds 

Preparation:

· First peel the bananas and break them into thick pieces

· Then put all the ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree finely and enjoy immediately
