Raspberry yoghurt Smoothie with rice milk
Ingredients for 4 glasses:
8 Teaspoon natural yoghurt
1 Banana
1 handful raspberries
1 handful blueberries
5 colheres de chá de iogurte natural
300 mililitros de leite de amêndoas
Preparação:
• First, sort and wash the raspberries and blueberries
- Descasque a banana e corte-a ao meio
• Place all ingredients in a Smoothie blender, puree and enjoy
